		<description>Alejandra: I used edam cheese (probably any soft cheddar or mozzarella with some parmesan for a flavour kick would work fine too), but it shouldn&#039;t matter too much. As long as you&#039;re using proper cheese rather than the plastic stuff wrapped in more plastic (bleaugh)!
