I’ve just posted the ultimate guide on how to save money as a student (it’s been a few weeks in the making now). Of course, it’s not just for students :)
I am kind of sorry actually that it has taken this long…but really, all this time was spent developing little tips and techniques, and of course, I will constantly add to it as I learn (from you too I hope! Go comment!). The tips are mostly also an attempt to ease negative impacts on the environment, but I’ve been careful for it to be one prioritising cost (it still seems that a majority feel it’s more important, and of course not always for selfish reasons).
The end of my first year of flatting is just around the corner, and I can’t believe how fast the year has gone. I’m going to miss my current flatmates (hugs Clare and Andre) so much, and of course…where will I be without the cat?!
Thanks to everyone who has commented, thanks to all the fantastic food bloggers whose recipes I adapt (and who post great tips on photography and food styling!), anyone who has looked beyond the one post featured on tastespotting…You all make this blog stuff a very rewarding experience. That said, thanks to tastespotting and foodgawker for posting my pics and giving me so much traffic! I went over the 1000 views in a day mark the other day, and I’m 77th on WordPress’ top posts (Tia Maria cake ftw!), and much of that owes to the enthusiasm of great people who share a love of food.
Wow, how did this turn into such a rambly post?! I’ll leave you with a pretty picture of Tabby to make up for it!
