I’m selling at the Winter Encraftment Market this Saturday!

June 28, 2011

Want to warm up yourself or someone else? The Potluck Club (a Uni club I’m running with some friends) is fundraising at the Winter Encraftment Market! You’ll be able to grab a fair trade organic hot chocolate off me (or some focaccia, or cinnamon & almond cake) or sell something of your own delicious making (email me asap about this!). Check out their facebook page to see what else is on offer – mostly local hand made pretty things and yummy nibbles.

If you intend to get some hot chocolate remember to bring your own teacup and I’ll give you 50c off :)

Here are the recipes I used:

Fair trade organic hot chocolate

Rosemary focaccia (from Pease Pudding)

Almond & cinnamon cake (adapted by replacing carrots & coconut with coarsely ground almonds)
