Spring recipe competition entries – recipe round-up
For the uninitiated, I’ve been running a Spring Recipe Competition on the blog, and because I know how much work it takes to put a recipe together and photograph it (oh how deceptively simple that sounds), it is only fitting that I do a recipe round-up! Here they are:
Esther Blythe’s Sage, almond & creamy feta fromage resting on a spiced baby beet compot
Esther Blythe’s spring lamb cutlets on a pumpkin, chickpea & tomato stack
Gina Cardwell’’s Spring tomato and grilled asparagus pasta
You can vote for as many recipes as you like, but one vote per post per person. Vote by leaving a comment on the recipe you like best :) There are three prizes and four contestants, so if you really want someone to win, make sure to tell your friends to vote for them too! Voting closes and winners determined 5pm NZ time, October 31st. Good luck to all!
Thanks to the following local food producers and retailers who have donated vouchers and products as prizes for the competition:
Relishes, chutneys, sauces, jams, jellies, and marmalades.
