Summer Christmas <3
December 26, 2012
One of my favourite things about having Christmas in summer: summer fruits at their peak! We used our friends’ leftover fruit salad and turned it into a stunning punch! Mangoes, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries we froze as fruity little ice cubes, lemon basil from my local community garden, strawberry cordial from Real Food, and soda water.
Any other summer Christmas appreciators out there?
Hope everyone is having a good one :)

As a celebrator of winter Christmas, I can’t help but feel slightly jealous of the fresh mangoes you guys get to have. :) I’ve always loved summer fruits!

I’m definitely jealous of the beautiful fruit you get to enjoy with summer Christmas! I’ve always been a winter Christmas girl, so I need the cold and snow to really get in the Christmas spirit.
That is Christmas in a glass :) very fresh.
